Sliced Marinated Lamb

Instructions
- Place lamb in large plastic food bag.
- Combine garlic, onion, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano and rosemary in bowl and add to meat.
- Close bag next to meat.
- Working through bag, distribute marinade over meat.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bring to room temperature before cooking.
- Remove lamb from marinade, reserving marinade.
- Season meat to taste with salt and pepper.
- Broil or grill lamb on both sides until done as desired.
- Place on warm platter and tent with foil.
- Let stand 10 minutes.
