Instructions
- Alternate one slice of cheese, one slice of tomato, one or two large basil leaves.
- Sprinkle all with minced garlic. Drizzle olive oil, a scant amount of balsamic vinegar and ground black pepper. Refrigerate for a few hours to let flavors mingle. Serve cold or at room temperature as an appetizer or a side salad.
