Ingredients

  • 1 small chicken
  • flour
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Cut up 1 fryer chicken into pieces.
  2. Roll chicken pieces in flour.
  3. Fry chicken until browned, not necessarily tender.
  4. Drain fried chicken on paper towels.
  5. In a slow cooker or large pot, combine 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and 1 cup of milk.
  6. Add the fried chicken to the soup mixture.
  7. Cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.
