Instructions
- Beat egg and egg yolks until very light.
- Beat in sugar, cream, salt and rum.
- Stir in flour.
- Dough will be soft.
- Knead on floured board until smooth.
- Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Roll thin about 1/8-inch or thinner.
- Use a small amount of dough at a time and keep rest covered (has a tendency to dry out).
