Instructions
- Measure sugar and water into a saucepan.
- Heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a boiling point, let boil for one minute.
- Refrigerate until cold.
- Mix the chilled mixture with pineapple juice, orange juice concentrate, lemon concentrate, and mashed bananas.
- Pour the mixture into 5 (1-quart) containers and cover.
- Freeze until solid.
- At serving time, fill a tall glass halfway with soda of your choice.
- Spoon the frozen mixture into the glass to fill.
- Serve with a straw and a spoon.
