Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2-inch tart shells
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • Keebler vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add eggs to the mixture and blend well.
  3. Place vanilla wafers at the bottom of each tart shell.
  4. Top each with 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Allow tarts to cool, then top with cherry pie filling.
