- Cook the ground hamburger until browned; drain well.
- Add taco seasoning to the cooked beef and let it simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
- Fill each taco shell with the seasoned meat, then fold the edges and hold with toothpicks.
- Arrange the filled tacos in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
- Pour both cans of tomato sauce over the tacos.
- Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, black olives, and jalapeno peppers (if using) over the tacos.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
