Ingredients

  • 6 (8 oz.) snapper fillets
  • liquid margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 c. marinated vegetables

Instructions

  1. Place fish fillets on a baking pan, skin side down.
  2. Baste fish with margarine.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread 1/3 cup marinated vegetables over the top of each fillet.
  5. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
