- Cook and drain the spaghetti noodles.
- Sauté chopped garlic in olive oil until browned.
- Add enough red wine to cover the bottom of the pan and a little extra, then simmer the garlic in the red wine for a few minutes.
- Add the spaghetti sauce and oregano to the pan.
- Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and stir well.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped green peppers.
- Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
