Snappy Spaghetti

A quick and flavorful spaghetti dish featuring garlic, red wine, green peppers, and rich tomato sauce, perfect for a hearty weeknight dinner or casual gathering.

Ingredients

  • spaghetti noodles
  • spaghetti sauce
  • red wine
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3 green peppers, chopped
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the spaghetti noodles.
  2. Sauté chopped garlic in olive oil until browned.
  3. Add enough red wine to cover the bottom of the pan and a little extra, then simmer the garlic in the red wine for a few minutes.
  4. Add the spaghetti sauce and oregano to the pan.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and stir well.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in chopped green peppers.
  7. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
