Ingredients

  • 12 oz. very low-fat vanilla ice milk
  • 1 c. low-fat whipped topping
  • 1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 regular box sugar-free chocolate pudding

Instructions

  1. Soften the vanilla ice milk in a large bowl.
  2. Add the low-fat whipped topping and beat until well combined.
  3. Mix in the crunchy peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Add the sugar-free chocolate pudding and thoroughly blend the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 9-inch pan and freeze until firm.
  6. Cut into squares and serve frozen.
