Ingredients

  • 1/2 gallon nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt, softened
  • 1 large container nonfat Cool Whip
  • 1 package instant sugar-free chocolate pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Mix softened Cool Whip, pudding mix, and peanut butter together until well blended.
  2. Add the mixture to the softened vanilla yogurt and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour the filling into pans sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Freeze until firm before serving.
