Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. melted shortening
  • 6 Tbsp. milk
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Drop teaspoons of the batter into hot fat and fry until brown.
  2. Drain the fried dough balls on paper towels.
  3. Roll the fried balls in powdered sugar and serve.
