Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 envelopes whipping topping mix
  • 1 (12 oz.) angel food cake
  • 1 (3 oz.) can coconut
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Soften gelatin in cold water.
  2. Combine gelatin mixture and boiling water in bowl, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
  3. Add sugar, lemon juice, crushed pineapple and juice; mix well.
  4. Chill for 1 hour or until partially set.
