Ingredients

  • 8 oz. liver sausage
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Mash liver sausage with a fork.
  2. Blend in lemon juice, grated onion, and mayonnaise.
  3. Pack the mixture into a small bowl.
  4. Cover with foil.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Soften the cream cheese.
  7. Slowly blend in milk until the mixture is easy to spread.
  8. Frost with the prepared cream cheese mixture.
