Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 can flaked coconut
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Bring the butter, sugar, egg, and milk to a boil; cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add chopped nuts, flaked coconut, and graham cracker crumbs to the boiling mixture and stir well.
  3. Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan and line it with whole graham crackers.
  4. Pour the filling over the graham crackers and spread evenly.
  5. Top with additional graham crackers and spread with icing.
