- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Whip the egg whites until foamy.
- Gradually add sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Put the cookie sheet in the oven and turn off the oven.
- Leave the cookies in the oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Do not open the oven door during this time.
