Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Whip the egg whites until foamy.
  3. Gradually add sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Put the cookie sheet in the oven and turn off the oven.
  7. Leave the cookies in the oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  8. Do not open the oven door during this time.
