- Cream shortening, sugar, and Large eggs.
- Add in molasses.
- Sift together flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, and ginger; add in to first mix.
- Roll in balls and shake in bag of sugar.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 275 degrees for 15 min.
