Ingredients

  • 12 cup peanut butter or 12 cup almond butter
  • 12 cup toasted wheat germ
  • 12 cup mixed seeds (sunflower, sesame, flax, ground cereal, etc.)
  • 14 cup honey
  • 12 cup cocoa powder or 12 cup carob powder
  • unsweetened coconut, finely shredded

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together.
  2. Form into small (approx.
  3. 1") balls and roll in the coconut to coat.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
