Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 box light brown sugar
  • powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix Bisquick, eggs, light brown sugar, vanilla, and chopped pecans well in a bowl.
  2. Pour the batter into a well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
