Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chicken wings
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. red pepper
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard

Instructions

  1. Arrange chicken wings
  2. in
  3. shallow
  4. baking
  5. dish.
  6. Heat butter, soy sauce, sugar,
  7. water
  8. and mustard until butter and sugar are melted.
  9. Season chicken with red pepper.
  10. Cool sugar mixture;
  11. pour over wings and marinate at least 2 hours.
  12. Turn once or twice.
  13. Bake at 375°
  14. for 1 1/2 hours.
  15. Place on paper towel to drain.
  16. Use Blue
  17. cheese
  18. dressing for dip.
  19. Serves 6 to 8.
