- Arrange chicken wings

- Heat butter, soy sauce, sugar,

- and mustard until butter and sugar are melted.
- Season chicken with red pepper.
- Cool sugar mixture;
- pour over wings and marinate at least 2 hours.
- Turn once or twice.
- Bake at 375°
- for 1 1/2 hours.
- Place on paper towel to drain.
- Use Blue
- cheese
- dressing for dip.
- Serves 6 to 8.
