Instructions
- Brown meat in skillet and drain off all drippings.
- Put in stew pot or pressure cooker the browned meat, diced potatoes, dry onion, frozen vegetables and seasonings.
- Add tomato sauce and at least 2 cans of water.
- Cook 30 minutes at 15 pounds pressure if using a pressure cooker.
- If using stew pot, it will need to cook longer and you will need more water.
- Great served with cornbread.
