Ingredients

  • 1 c. white wine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. halibut fillets
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Mix the white wine and salt together.
  2. Marinate the halibut fillets in this mixture for at least 1 hour.
  3. Drain the fish on paper towels.
  4. Dip both sides of the fillets in crumbs and place on a greased baking dish.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and chopped onion together.
  6. Spread the creamy mixture over the fish.
  7. Sprinkle remaining crumbs and paprika on top.
  8. Bake at 500°F for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
