- Cut liver into small pieces.
- Cook onion in 1 tablespoon fat until clear in appearance.
- Add liver; stir frequently for 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour over meat mixture, stirring for 3 more minutes.
- Add salt, pepper, paprika, water, wine, vinegar, bay leaf, clove and ginger berries; cook slowly for 10 minutes.
- Goes well with noodles, rice and potatoes.
