- Mix the sourdough starter, warm water, vegetable oil, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Gradually add flour one cup at a time and knead until a firm dough forms.
- Allow the dough to rise until doubled in size, about 1 to 2 hours.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread margarine over the dough and sprinkle generously with cinnamon and sugar.
- Roll up the dough tightly to form a log and cut into individual rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
