Instructions
- Place butter in an iron skillet and brown slightly.
- Add shredded cabbage and stir well.
- Cover tightly and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir again, cover and simmer for 5 minutes longer.
- Add pepper, salt and cream and stir well.
- Cover and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve.
