Ingredients

  • 8 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Bring water and chicken bouillon cube to a boil.
  2. In a bowl, beat together flour, melted butter, water, eggs, and salt until smooth.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Press dough into the simmering water using a colander or a spatula, stirring gently.
  4. Cook until the dough rises and is tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Drain and serve hot.
