Spaetzle(German Noodle)

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients well to a thick paste.
  2. Put through a spaetzle maker (or potato ricer) into salted boiling water. Spaetzle is done when all pieces come to the top.
  3. Remove an drain.
  4. Wash in cold water.
