Spaghetti Giovanni

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • butter or oleo
  • 2 c. tomatoes (equals 1 large can, not drained or chopped)
  • 1 1/2 c. flaked crabmeat
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 to 1 c. grated sharp cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute green pepper and onion in butter (oleo) and then add mushrooms.
  2. Add tomatoes (chopped), crabmeat, sour cream and 1/2 cup cheese.
  3. Add spaghetti.
  4. Pour this mixture into a large greased casserole and top with remaining grated cheese.
  5. Bake at 350° for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
