Sparkling Summer Fruit Compote

A refreshing, bubbly summer fruit compote featuring honeydew, nectarines, and strawberries, enhanced with honey, orange juice, and sparkling water—perfect for warm weather gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh mint (optional)
  • 1 c honeydew melon balls
  • 1 c sliced nectarines
  • 1 c strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1/3 c club soda or sparkling water
  • mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the honey, orange juice, and mint, if using, in a medium-size serving bowl.
  2. Add the honeydew melon balls, sliced nectarines, and halved strawberries; gently toss together.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour to chill and blend the flavors.
  4. Just before serving, stir in the club soda or sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
