Spears Peanut Clusters
Sweet and crunchy peanut clusters feature creamy chocolate and roasted peanuts, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings or sharing at parties and gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. white almond bark
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
- 2 cans salted, roasted Spanish peanuts ⓘ
Instructions
- Melt the white almond bark and milk chocolate chips in a double boiler until smooth.
- Gradually add the roasted Spanish peanuts to the melted chocolate mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto waxed paper or into individual petit four cups.
- Allow the clusters to cool completely and then store covered in the refrigerator.
