Special Grits

Instructions
- Cook grits, boiling water and salt until they are done (about 5 minutes and not watery).
- Remove from heat and add margarine and cheese.
- Beat eggs in 8 ounce measuring cup and fill cup to the top with milk.
- Add this to grits mixture.
- Add sugar to mixture. Cover with corn flake crumbs; dot with butter and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Let set 5 to 6 minutes before serving.
- Makes 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
- (Can be doubled using larger pan.)
