Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ReaLemon reconstituted lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 small onion, minced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, reconstituted lemon juice, orange juice, light brown sugar, and minced onion.
  2. Place steak in a shallow baking dish.
  3. Pour the marinade over the steak and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight to marinate.
  4. Remove steaks from marinade and reserve the marinade for cooking or serving.
