Ingredients

  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 whole cloves
  • nutmeg to taste
  • 2 thin strips lemon peel
  • 2 thin strips orange peel
  • 4 cups water

Instructions

  1. Combine cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, lemon peel, orange peel, and water in a saucepan.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add tea bags.
  5. Steep until of desired strength.
  6. Remove the bags, fruit peels, and whole spices.
  7. Serve hot.
