Spiced Butternut Squash

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Butternut Squash
  • 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
  • 1/8 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 3/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, Packed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix the ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Peel and seed the squash, then cut into 1-inch pieces. Next, place squash and oil into a large bowl, and coat until well coated. Move squash onto a large baking sheet and spread out in a single layer.
  4. Sprinkle spice mixture, salt, and brown sugar evenly over the squash. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes. You may need to shake or stir the squash halfway through to cook evenly.
  5. Enjoy!
