Ingredients

  • 1 c. uncooked rice (regular)
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package.
  2. Brown ground beef in a small skillet.
  3. Combine all ingredients except cheese in a 2-quart casserole.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over top.
  5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
