Ingredients

  • 1 can Mexi-style corn, drained
  • 1 can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 2 chopped jalapenos
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine drained Mexi-style corn, drained chopped green chiles, chopped jalapenos, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
