Ingredients

  • 11 oz. bag corn chips
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 20 oz. chili without beans
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Crush 2 cups of corn chips and spread them in a 9 x 11-inch baking dish.
  2. Season the chips with chili powder or Creole seasoning to taste.
  3. Sprinkle part of the chopped onion and one cup of shredded cheese over the chips.
  4. Spread the chili over the onion, cheese, and chips.
  5. Top with remaining corn chips, chopped onion, and shredded cheese.
  6. Add more seasoning if desired.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  8. Tastes even better warmed up the next day.
