Ingredients

  • 8 oz. jar picante sauce
  • 16 oz. frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Drain the picante sauce and set aside.
  2. Add 1/2 cup water to the frozen corn and cook uncovered over medium heat until heated through.
  3. Add the drained picante sauce to the corn and bring to a boil.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover until the cheese melts and serve.
