Spicy Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 can corn, undrained
  • 1 can green beans, undrained
  • 6 sliced carrots
  • 4 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 8 potatoes, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown meat that has been floured in a small amount of oil. Put browned meat in large pot with remaining ingredients.
  2. If it is too thick, add hot water.
  3. Cook on medium heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Salt and pepper as desired.
  5. Serves 8 to 10.
