Spicy Stew
Ingredients
- 2 lb. stew meat ⓘ
- 1 can corn, undrained ⓘ
- 1 can green beans, undrained ⓘ
- 6 sliced carrots ⓘ
- 4 stalks celery, diced ⓘ
- 1 small onion, diced ⓘ
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes ⓘ
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 8 potatoes, diced ⓘ
- salt and pepper to taste ⓘ
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce ⓘ
Instructions
- Brown meat that has been floured in a small amount of oil. Put browned meat in large pot with remaining ingredients.
- If it is too thick, add hot water.
- Cook on medium heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Salt and pepper as desired.
- Serves 8 to 10.
