Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients except spinach until well blended.
  4. Beat the mixture for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in the spinach until well combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool for 20 minutes, then remove from the pan.
