Spinach Mashed Potatoes

Instructions
- Cook and mash potatoes.
- Add sour cream, sugar, butter, salt and pepper.
- Beat with mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add chives, dill and drained spinach.
- Place in casserole and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
- Delicious!
