- Combine the cooked spinach, low-fat cottage cheese, crumbled Feta cheese, shredded Mozzarella, beaten eggs, dill, onion flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a nonstick 9 x 9-inch square baking pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes until golden on top.
- Let cool, then cut into squares, wrap, and freeze.
