Spinach Stuffed Sole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. fillet of sole
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped ham
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • dash of Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Defrost sole.
  2. Cook spinach and drain well. Spread spinach and ham on fish.
  3. Roll and place in greased casserole dish.
  4. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
