Ingredients

  • spinach leaves
  • grated carrots
  • grated cabbage
  • salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Place spinach leaves, grated carrots, and grated cabbage in separate bowls.
  2. Lay a spinach leaf flat on a plate or clean surface.
  3. Spread a small amount of salad dressing over the spinach leaf.
  4. Add a spoonful of grated carrots and grated cabbage on top of the dressing.
  5. Carefully roll up the spinach leaf to enclose the vegetables, forming a wrap.
  6. Secure the wrap with a toothpick if needed.
  7. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
