Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 artichokes
  • 8 to 10 slices bread, toasted
  • 1 can anchovies, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. black olives
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. capers
  • olive oil
  • salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, crumble the bread and put aside.
  2. Chop garlic, anchovies, and olives.
  3. Mix the chopped ingredients with the bread, then add capers and pepper to taste.
  4. Add olive oil gradually until the mixture is moist and easy to handle.
