Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) container light sour cream
  • 1 envelope Good Seasons nonfat salad dressing mix or Italian fat free dressing
  • 1 pkg. Birds Eye chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 small red pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. low-fat milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients; refrigerate.
  2. Serve with vegetable dippers.
  3. Makes 4 cups.
