Spring Daffodil Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 (No. 303) cans sliced peaches, diced
  • 1 (1 lb.) can pineapple tidbits
  • 3/4 c. miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water in bowl.
  2. Drain fruit well; reserve syrups.
  3. Combine 1 cup reserved syrup and jello.
  4. Chill, stirring twice, until slightly thickened.
  5. Fold in peaches and pineapple.
  6. Fold in marshmallows.
  7. Turn into rinsed 9 x 13-inch salad pan. Chill until firm.
  8. Spread with Cheese Topping.
