Ingredients

  • 1/4 cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 6 -8 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 carrot, grated
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup coleslaw dressing

Instructions

  1. Combine all vegetables & then pour over dressing & toss lightly.
  2. Chill before serving.
