Springtime Fruit Salad

Instructions
- Peel pineapple; cut into chunks.
- Combine with remaining fruit in large bowl.
- Combine orange juice, sugar, sherry and extracts in bowl.
- Mix until sugar dissolves.
- Pour over fruit; toss lightly.
- Chill for 2 to 3 hours.
- Makes 16 servings.
