Squash-Apple Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 medium buttercup or butternut squash, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch slices
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and cut in wedges
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. mace

Instructions

  1. Arrange squash in an 8 x 12-inch baking pan.
  2. Top with apple wedges.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over apples.
  4. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender.
